All our jewelry is made-to-order, which allows us to maintain high quality and attention to detail for each piece.

  • Orders are typically processed within 10-15 business days.

  • Occasionally, orders may ship earlier — if you have an urgent request, please contact us at info@evelyneofsweden.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers, including PostNord and other insured carriers, depending on the destination.

  • Domestic (Sweden) orders are shipped via tracked and insured services.

  • EU and international orders are shipped with tracking and insurance where available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days after processing.

  • EU: 3–10 business days after processing.

  • International (outside EU): 7–20 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free within Sweden. Outside of Sweden, costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. Occasionally, we offer promotions for free shipping, which will be indicated on our website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside Sweden, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation via email. You can use this information to follow your package’s progress.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

  • Inspect your package upon receipt.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue.

  • For lost shipments, we will assist in tracking or filing claims with the carrier.
