Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window, starting from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • With tags and original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send the item

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Complaints 

For purchases from Evelyne of Sweden, the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (Konsumentköplagen) applies. This means that you, as a consumer, have the right to file a complaint about a product for up to three (3) years from the date of purchase if a manufacturing defect appears.

Please note that fine gold jewelry is delicate and requires proper care. Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect under the law. To help your jewelry stay beautiful for years to come, we recommend the following best practices:

  • Avoid wearing your pieces in situations where they may be exposed to abnormal strain, scratches, or damage — such as during cleaning or training.

  • Remove jewelry before swimming or showering to avoid exposure to chemicals and water that may affect the finish.

  • Store your pieces separately in soft pouches or boxes to prevent scratches and tangling.

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap when necessary; avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

  • Regularly inspect clasps, chains, and settings to ensure they are secure.

  • Consider professional cleaning and polishing occasionally to maintain the shine and longevity of your pieces.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

Customized jewelry may be exempt from standard returns if significant personalization is involved. However, we still follow EU consumer rights for non-personalized items.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to complete a normal return.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.


European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to an EU country, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason.

The same return conditions apply:

  • Unused, in original condition and original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This right does not apply to goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the refund
